Troy has two contract options that you can choose from: do and charge and fixed quote.
Contracts Option A: Do and charge
Do and charge is a popular contract option, it is flexible and more often the most cost effective for the client. With do and charge Troy will come to you, inspect the scope of works, discuss the details until you're both satisfied. A written estimation on your works will then be emailed to you. Each week's work and materials will be invoiced to you (weekly) and any additions or savings that come up will be discussed and added or subtracted as needed. Troy's policy is to add a 10% mark up to all materials purchased and to all trades contracted.
Contracts Option B: Fixed Quote
A fixed quote is a written quote for your project where your project's details have been put out to tender to all the trades that will be working on your job. This is an intensive process where all of your project's details are fixed and agreed upon before any prices are considered. A fixed quote is a binding price where no savings are passed onto you the consumer. Any variations to the contracted projects details are in addition to the original price and are called variations. With a quote you are guaranteed a fixed price and know exactly how much your project will cost.
